The digital method of connecting to people, known as social media has revolutionised the way people can communicate. It might not feel the same way as analogue methods like talking to someone, but the trade off is the vast amount of people and devices that can receive the message.
Many people use social media to send simple messages and memes, but it can also work as a tool for businesses to communicate, to both it’s current and potential customers. However there is an important rule to adhere to when using social media, and that’s to use it regularly.
Social media only works when it’s updated consistently. A single message about a service works about as well as mentioning that service once to a group of people. For something to be remembered, it needs to be repeated at a rate that is in tune with how the human mind normally receives social messages.
