Most of us have had to work from home for the majority of this year. Is this going to become the new normal for office workers?

Some of us are slowly being introduced back into the offices. But not everyone, some are still working from home. With companies seeing that this way of working is possible, will they go back to office working?

For companies, having their workers working from home will save them money on renting out office space, giving them more profit overall.

Using Zoom and other video chatting softwares is helping employees to stay in contact and work with each other. For some this is more difficult as it can be easier to sort jobs seeing people physically.

Overall, I do think that companies that do have office spaces, should continue to use them. However, they should be open to hiring people who want to work from home.
